A very high percentage of Arabica – the Supremo variety from Colombia and the Santos variety from Brazil – forms the taste of this blend, which also includes prized and very highly ranked coffees, semi-washed and washed, originating from certain micro-zones of Africa. The aromas range from the very sweet, like classic toasted almonds, to more delicate, floral fragrances. In the cup you’ll find a creamy coffee of significant depth, with a highly subtle taste. Its long persistence on the palate slowly reveals a series of emotions and scents.
